Rates by season

One flat nightly rate for the whole studio: the same price applies whether you are one or two guests (two is the maximum). Prices below are per night, plus Costa Rica's 13% tax — the final tax-included amount is shown so there are no surprises. You book directly with the host, so there are no platform booking fees.

Dates and cancellation

Booking Pizote Apartment is a direct conversation, not a marketplace checkout: you send your dates, we check the calendar for those exact nights and confirm your stay at the rate shown above.

• Stays that cross a season change are priced night by night, so you only pay the high-season rate for the high-season nights.
• Any minimum-night requirement or cancellation term for your dates is stated in writing in our reply, before you pay anything.
• Requests are accepted up to 24 hours before check-in: same-day bookings cannot be processed.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours (2 days) before check-in. After that window the stay is no longer refundable.
• Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.
• Nothing is charged when you submit the form: it is an availability request, and your dates are only held once you confirm the quote.
