Who is responsible

Nasua Tours Monteverde is based in Monteverde, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. For any question about your data, write to info@nasuatours.com.

What we collect

• Contact details you type into a request or inquiry form: name, email, nationality and WhatsApp or mobile number.
• Trip details: tour or lodging requested, preferred date, number of adults, children and infants, hotel or meeting point, and any notes you add.
• Participant data required by the reserves to issue admission tickets (full name, passport number, date of birth) — only when you choose to send it.
• Reviews you submit voluntarily, with the name you choose to display.

We do not process payments on this website, so we never receive or store card details.

How we use it

• To answer your request and confirm availability.
• To buy reserve admission tickets when your tour includes them.
• To coordinate pick-up, meeting point and schedule by email or WhatsApp.
• To publish a review only after you send it and it is moderated.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who else sees it

Participant information is shared with the reserve or park only to issue your admission tickets. We also use service providers to host this website, store requests and send our emails; they process the data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Requests and messages are kept while they are useful for operating and following up on your visit, and for our accounting records. Published reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent, or to unpublish your review, by writing to info@nasuatours.com. We answer from the same address.

Cookies

This website stores your language choice and your in-progress request in your own browser so you do not lose them when you navigate. It does not use advertising cookies.
